Return & Refund Policy
Returns on Full-Priced Items
Baggu accepts returns on full-priced items within 30 days from the purchase date. To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and have all tags attached. Apparel must be completely unworn. Returns that show signs of use beyond trial will not be accepted.
No Returns on Sale Items
Items purchased on sale, including those from any sale collections or promotional events, are final sale. These sale items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Return Process and Fees
To initiate a return, please contact us through the Baggu contact page before shipping your item. Returns sent without prior communication may delay processing.
- Returns mailed to Baggu incur a $4.95 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns or exchanges made at a Baggu physical store do not have any restocking fees and are processed more quickly.
- Returns accepted as store credit also avoid restocking fees.
If possible, bringing your return directly to a Baggu store is the fastest and most cost-effective option.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, please contact us immediately to arrange a return at no charge to you.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. If a restocking fee applies, it will be deducted from your refund amount.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, contact us via the Baggu contact page. Exchanges processed in-store do not incur restocking fees and are handled promptly. Mailed exchanges follow the same return procedures with applicable fees.
Price Adjustments
If a full-priced item you purchased goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase date, Baggu will provide a one-time price adjustment. The difference will be refunded to your original payment method. This courtesy applies per item and is not ongoing.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel. Requests after this window may not be accommodated.
