By placing an order or using Baggu’s website, you agree to the following terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site or place an order.

Order Accuracy and Availability

Baggu strives to provide accurate pricing and product descriptions, but errors may occur. If a product price or description is incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund.

Quantities of items may be limited. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified—this includes adding or removing items.

Requesting a change of shipping address or a full cancellation is only possible shortly after the order is submitted. If you need to make such a change, please contact us immediately through the site. While we will do our best to accommodate, these changes are not guaranteed.

Shipping Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, Baggu will assist you with reshipping. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply.

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or other charges assessed by the destination country. These are the sole responsibility of the recipient, and Baggu cannot control or estimate these fees.

Delivery and Liability

Baggu is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please reach out promptly via our contact page. We will work with you to determine the appropriate next steps.

Product images are provided for reference. Actual colors and patterns may vary depending on your screen display.

Limited-edition products and collaborations have limited availability and may sell out quickly. Restocks of these items are not guaranteed. Core items are restocked when possible.
